Wow!!! Miriam, I am so delighted to have found your You Tube channel today! I want to come spend Christmas at Dreamy Falls! Gorgeous, amazing, spectacular and I could go on and on! One thing that I also love is that you are using Hot Wire Foam Factory products, and that caught my interest even more. I discovered their products probably 10 years ago when I was in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at the Incredible Christmas Place, looking at all their wonderful Christmas (and even Halloween villages). I began to ask how they made all those sets and they told me about using styrofoam. I’ve bought several of Hot Wire Foam Factory’s products including the hot knife, sculpting tool and even the little scroll table tool. I did a village at my house a few years ago (nothing like yours!). Mine was small but I have spent a lot of time looking at videos trying to figure out how people build such great villages! And I have yet to try out my Realistic Water and all those items I purchased. You are extremely talented and really put everything into your village. I will definitely be watching all your videos. Maybe I’ll find a way to do something that’s even a fraction of what you do! Love the city streets, the houses, the park, the fantastic amusement park with the rides and also the ski slopes and lifts!! And also the wonderful night sky in your background! Thanks for making me giddy over Christmas and it is only September! Amazing! I liked that no matter which angle you look at it, i.e. from the side it looks beautiful. I see that attention was brought to all around the houses such as the sides, especially in the back of the houses. I create my village one level on the floor it takes up half my living room lol, but I didn't find your page until mid Dec.. Also, I really like all the colorful trees and different succulents, where do you get the pretty pink trees? I learned a lot from this video & I keep playing it back. Great job! Truly awesome!

@@MiriamsManner Yes that works! Also, how do you secure the floral picks to the styrofoam? I watched your Business District tutorial which was great, but i'm hoping that the picks don't wobble out of the styrofoam if the hole enlarges while inserting.

Mine don’t ever wobble but my styrofoam is 1 1/2” thick so they stay pretty secure. You could always add a little white glue to the tip of the floral pick before you insert it to ensure it will stay.

YES!! After going through about 5 hot knives since I started, I only use hot wire foam factory tools. I have had my sculpting tool for years and the new stuff I got is awesome. It cuts so much smoother and faster than other tools I have used. My Rep is Pat and her number is [phone]. She is very knowledgeable and can get an order placed.
