Aurora basically formed out of old Blacklist management members and eventually players leaving the org. A lot of speculation has come around that the environment for Blacklist wasn't the best because of the org's prioties (something about gambling sites and their very "meh" DOTA team that apparently gets too much priority) after one of its co-owners left, and it seems that a lot of the players and management members wanted a change of environment at around the same time. Aside from that, all the processes were done perfectly legally according to MPL PH so Blacklist can't really say anything off about Aurora possibly stealing their players. In any case, any remnants of old Blacklist are pretty much gone IMO since even if Hadji and Oheb aren't bad players, they were more of the 'sidekicks' rather than the backbone of prime Blacklist, and even the M5 version was moreso around Yue, Renejay, and Edward with Sensui's consistent retri. Hadji didn't do much and Oheb is a lot more like a decent gold laner who can farm well but aside from that, you can't expect him to do the Marco/Benny dominance or even be as independent as Domeng.

Correct me if I am wrong on two things 1.The key co owner that after she left Blacklist started having internal problems was Madam Alodia..she even posted on her facebook page of how the management treated their players by using the main 5 popularity for their own sake like promoting merch and other stuff..also whenever they achieved something boss Tryke would steal their spotlight and what not..and then the main part was the 30% pay cut which made the players feel used 2.Hadji was given a contract by Aurora but his role was to be specifically a sub since he can play either tank,jungler exp and mid lane but according to his interview "Blacklist made me a champion and so I have to show loyalty by sticking by them during their rebuild >in my opinion Hadji doesn't look happy in Blacklist and being there because you feel obligated by loyalty will come back and bite you

Not sure about the minute details,Veewise was contacted by Aurora to form a new team. They then contacted Boss Rada, the one who helped them win championships to form a new team. A lot of drama happened since BLCK was not expecting that Veewise are going to buy out their contracts themselves to end it. Dunno about other players, but they followed suit. So, BLCK do not have enough players left and did a 10-man roster full of young guns with lots of potential. But, since their chemistry hasnt been formed yet, it’s a hard path going to the playoffs

Are you sure that veewise was contacted first by aurora or is it rada? Because Rada is the director of aurora , technically the one who has the highest authority in aurora mlbb. You see , veewise was only a content director, doing content and as a ambassador, it is impossible for aurora to ask them to build a team. Its rada i think.

From what I know about the Blacklist drama, the TL;DR is that there was some dispute about the tournament money cuts. I actually heard it was only VeeWise who were vocal about it against Tryke but then rosters were announced and everyone just up and left. I don't really follow drama much so if anyone have more to add, then please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

For what happened to blck it started with veewise getting so much sponsorships even HOK wanting to take them but they refused cos most of the money they're getting TIER1 takes 40-60% of the money and the owner of tier1 says he's doing veewise a favor because even tho they dont play hes still paying them but as veenus said they're bringing in more revenue to the team than the whole blacklist but they decided enough id enough when tier1 started tsking huge cuts onceveryones supposedly salary and sponsorships( basically bad leadership) so veewise decided to split then maybe Aurora was made aware of the situation so Aurora bought out most of the players from blck and it was not veewise's idea to buy those players but the company snd they didn't know till it was announced

I think the reason why we don't know what blacklist problem is that there's no problem at all it's just that mpl ph s14 teams are just so strong and the most competitive/peak out of all season. Even assuming that they do workout their synergy, in terms of macro and micro skills? I don't think they're on par with other. In simple words maybe their problem are as simple as just "skill issue". i think only tnc , and blacklist and maybe rsg? are the only teams that are not a potential champion these s14 the rest are just 🔥 i don't even rooting for a specific team i just enjoy watching them all

As per the ex-managers, and other staffs who left, the problem is inside the org of BL, it started when Alodia left. VW said that they were willing to finish their contract but something happened and they decided to buy out the remaining time in their contract so that they could leave properly. Another issue is the cuts for promotions/ brand deals. VW says it's almost 30%. Renejay doesnt have an active contract so he's free to go to a different team, but I'm not sure about Yue and Edward. Oheb still has a contract but some says he would eventually move to aurora after, maybe that's why he isnt playing much. Hadji was considered but chose to stay loyal with CoachBon. And personally i think BL management made it worse when they hired banoobs as the manager, how he stirs the pot is not good for their team/org image. As an ex-agent/BL fan, it's really sad how the management failed their players.

My game sense ain’t much but for the BLCK Problem it is that We are in the Meta where the first turtle is really important and 2 of the most important roles right now is Jungle and Exp but winning Turtle 1 is a start of a snowball especially for Damage Type Jungle. Yet MP and Lord JM did not have as much as synergy such you expected them to have and weeks by weeks BLCK players just seems to lose their touches they were making decisions and mistakes as if they just started playing the game with each other for the first time and it is really sad to see them becoming like this

There is a falling out between the main Blacklist player OhhmyVeenus and Wise regarding their sponsorhip deals as to which they said in an interview that the ORG is taking a big chunk of their deals. it goes complicated from here as to who has the right in terms of how to split the share. Ohhmy Veenus at least says that it is thru their Star Impact that they are getting the deals as to which the ORG that owns them presumably has the right on their deals.

If RSG will really sell their MPL PH slot to RRQ Kaito next season, I think it will be best for BLCK to acquire IRRAD, KUSEY, and NIBOR from RSG PH next season. If they will keep Hadji as a roamer next season, it will be better if he will grind hard as a roamer and then acquire HATRED as their new Mid laner next season. With this, they will have 3 players who already have a chemistry and are currently performing good and HATRED is still a good mid laner.

Just my 2 cents, but Lord JM coming back home to a team that lost its identity saddens me. He did so well as a sub for Bigetron Alpha last season. I wish he could go back, but that would be leaving a team that has a world championship title to its name. I think they need to settle down and build a new foundation. They might need him for it.

Blacklist lost their spark after Veewise stopped playing. They had a hard time trying to keep up with each other even last season (still they did great). Now, you can see on the players that they lost the angst and it seems that they are being pressured a lot. Especially Hadji and Oheb. I feel bad for them. Wala namg spark yung mga mata nila. As you said, Blacklist is not playing as a team anymore because they don’t have a pillar that can help them raise them up. They’ve lost most of their teammates and lost a lot of fans due to it. Remember, playing should make you happy and blacklist is not happy playing at all. Yung aura nila wala tlaga. I can’t even feel their presence anymore except nung first game with Aurora.

What Blacklist need is a leader. Season 9 has no Veewise and they failed to pass playoffs. More recent roster with no Veewise at least have good synergy and mechanics. These current roster is a mess. MPTheKing and Outplayed have aggressive style while Hadji and Oheb still have that UBE. Drafts are all over the place too. Aggressive but still old UBE
