In this game, the 4 heroes used by BL (except the jungle) are the same heroes they used during mpl ph s7 finals when the standing was 1-3, exe was at match point and with this hero composition they were able to win the 5th game and gain momentum from it and eventually won. Mathilda, Brody, Benedetta and Faramis (no revamped yet) Blacklist is so awesome 🥰

Yeah karl was once called the retri god but now he's not winning against wise, even rsg ph admitted how its so hard to win a retri battle against him.

At this point, the main 5 BLCK just developed an instinct on when they're going to group up or disengage. They have this RG live where Oheb noticed that they're already grouping up even without the shotcall or plans to do so. Their synergy as a team is really the code.

Personally, I think Wise is definitely one of the best retri user rn. In 13:06, karl is 1 level ahead with a better position on the lord but Wise was still able to out retri him.

To answer your question about a better pick instead of Jawhead, I think Lolita would’ve been perfect for Echo’s line up. They had the Lylia which is one of the most common combo synergy picks for early game aggression. Noumenon Blast would be a good set up tool for Claude’s blazing duet. Not Yawi’s normal hero, but synergy-wise would be much better.

8:30 The roam hero that you were thinking was Lolita. They needed a hero that could initiate well and be able to bait Akai's ult and Faramis' ult. Lolita is an excellent initiator, a deny pick for venus, a counter for brody, mathilda and faramis, and a good hero to bait Akai's ult.

I’m not a pro when it comes to ml but Wise’s retribution this season is insane. Everyone was shocked when he got the Lord during his Natalia jungler game with Nxpe. As for me it’s on replay haha I still can’t figure out how can he steal the Lord from them. That’s why I don’t understand why he is not on your top 5 junglers. But like what I said I am not a pro.

Mirko made that list with the regular season as reference. And his reasoning revolved around versatility, among others. Wise's retribution was elite, but so was the other junglers. I remember Kairi even had a perfect retribution game using Aamon versus a Balmond. So, retribution alone was not a solid barometer. Going back to versatility, Wise never showed plenty of his cards. He pulled out the usual utility junglers on top of Natalia and Benedetta. His hero pool paled in comparison to Mirko's chosen players, who played assassins, fighters and tanks. Yes, even Karl and Kairi, both of whom always stuck with assassins in the past, busted out Akai, Balmond and Barats. But that was a solid sacrifice for Wise, who ended up shocking the competition with the Guin, Fredrinn and Valentina picks in the playoffs.

My personal mvp in this game is wise, his crucial set up play and retri battles make them win in this game.I watched veewise reaction on this game and the cut wave minions is not really a good idea base on them.

i think the pen from jh passive and the aggressive jungle rotation is what echo picked the jawhead for. jh is also a good pick to set up a penalty zone to lessen jungle invades in the early. also, it can do something to punish whenever mathilda dives. also back to the pen concept, both him and benny can dive the backline.
