I haven't figured out what it does. Like I thought he revives if the clover left alive but then he died. Next time I met him I though it gave buffs but so many stacks of whatever debuff was already on there that I didn't know what was added. Like wat does the big clover do?

Despite how ridiculous the rolls are. Definitely do love hard mode. Since it does bring actual difficulty back into the series again. Which is resource management. And thankfully isnt like their recent Nerf every hard thing into the ground moves.

yep, I had to start thinking a lot harder about forming teams around generating resources for strong clashing egos for floor 5 bosses. I do think there are better ways of making the game more challenging than 30+ rolls on every attack though after having beaten the bull boss..

@@StraisinLCB a thing they could try and do is make a survival mode. Where the objective is the survive as long as possible. Would make tanks alot more viable, ammo centred units a bit more disadvantaged. Though for the last part. Unfortunately with how narrowly made limbus is, and how far it is from the complexity from Ruina. It would be very difficult to get complex difficulty. Other than forcing resource management through sheer absurd rolls. A better way of doing it might be a randomizer. Try and run a dungeon with random sinners and ego. Although probably not the deepest. There's only so much you can really do since limbus took away the complexity of Ruina. I mean who knows. They could bring back stagger as it's own health pool, make defense as useful as it is in Ruina, have ego on a cooldown like it sorta is for ruina.

mirror of mirrors is hard but let me tell you something funny about it. the enemy buffs are so strong that i saw twice in a row how a K-corp drone killed his own friends by applying buffs to them. I also found out that he also stabs buffs in multiple times in one coin and can trigger rupture making him deal around 30 damage in one skill

I got Drifting Fox as my last Boss the first time I tried MD2 Hard and thank god I bought a lot of AOE EGOs + Sunshower EGO Gift. I also like to thank getting Litograph+Phlebotomy Pack+Base Gregor Passive for keeping my Sinners healthy throughout the run

I've had good success with N.Crop teams in MD2 hard. Ego are important too as not all ego's have high enough rolls to matter. Enemy rolls are so high you need all the highest rolling egos to win many clashes on floor 4, and nearly all clashes on floor 5.

I got rusty commemorative coin at some point during my run and I remember thinking something like "Why ever would I refuse it?" Got My Form Empties as my final fight. Quit, because I'd have to ego spam to win most clashes, and we all know how that would backfire. That one move that takes ego resources when the enemy wins a clash really didn't help things either...

Poise isn’t even a meme build for MD2 Hard. She Don, KK Rodion, and LC Faust are all excellent choices because they have very high power Skill 3s, enough that they can actually keep up with the absurd power boosts that enemies get in the later floors.

I've finally run md2h and I can definitively say, it was indeed a bit more difficult than md2n. Ego resource budgeting for late game is pretty important if you don't get any resource generator ego gifts. If you do get resource generator gifts, then just spam to win while making sure you're always using fluid sac lmao. After representation emitter got uber nerfed I'd say fluid sac is easily the best ego in the game currently. It might not be able to win every clash in late game md2h but a collective 105 sp heal is simply ridiculous. (and don't get me started on commemorative coin) I haven't started running any meme builds in md2n but I feel like a speed team built around cinq don is just around the corner for me XD. I definitely want to see cinq don 1v1 the last boss of the mirror dungeon with declare duel. what's more noble than that after all? I wish you luck in your meme comp adventures, keep up the great work!

I feel with new update poise generating sinners aren't very good because with 2 items you can have infinite poise while none of your identities generate it. First brethalyzer that gives 4x4 poise and four leaf clover that gives you poise whenever you crit. Alos moon stone or was it lunar? It makes all resistances like slash gloom and all others to fatal with that i killed centipide in one turn, tho on normal mode.

ngl, my first run I fought kromer and its pretty easy...... still its a close call that I knew i need to prepare so i bough faust fluid sac. second run fluid sac carried hard with the healing and sp regen so I can immediately have 45 sanity sinners. second run I fought centipede and its hard as hell. not risking me distorting while doing dungeon, I choose tonplay md1 instead

Two poise ego gifts that give everyone poise, and a +1 final power, bonus points if you have sunshower ego gift, looks to be crucial to even barely win half the clashes here. Fortunately our suffering will be reduced to once a week with the next update, but I'd rather not fight the bull again or even want to fight My Form Empties(as I've heard from my buddy who fought it twice, it wasn't a great experience)
