The music in the second half of Mirror Mansion is definitely more tense and dramatic and gives a feeling of "things getting serious" as you have ventured deep into the lion's den and you are about to face even more strong enemies and the boss at the end.

You're probably not going to get this reference but the first half of mirror mansions music can be described by the tower reversed in tarot, the second half is the tower upright.

@@Liam-iv7wk i'd agree with that, the first half to me felt more psychological than the second half, like wonderland energy (which very much so coincides with the personal introspective tower in reverse). The second half sounds like the clusterfuck and intensity the tower brings upright. soooo good reference imo

The music does give out that feel that we're getting close to the Mean Emcee. Heck, I think you can even hear some notes that would be later used in the boss!
