I love how the were no show off moves and just free moment and flowing of your movement good job on the title cause most people criss cross parkour and free running. It takes time actually. It's been 4 months since I started training. I'm actually 95 KG (200 LBS) and i'm 15 but hey i'm pretty flexible actually to the point I can do a double cart wheel without falling or execute it in a wrong way. And I can do some vaults for parkour and freerunning.

For me, the amount of required fighting in mirrors edge is fairly small, but I agree that it could've been much better without them/with a better fighting mechanic. However, I really like how when fighting large groups of enemies, you need to use the environment to take them on one by one, it makes the setting and the fighting one in the same. I'm excited to hear they're focusing on new fighting mechanics for the sequel that will take this idea even further

Aaron Leonard I am an actual person that trains parkour and I sometimes use this effect as well. Mainly just for my own entertainment! XD Occasionally I will just do really high jumps, with a big FOV. This way to my friends it looks like I do jumps that aren't physically possible.

I watched it and I think I have to disagree. Yeah in Neils vid there were some really nice jumps but considdering the Mirror's Edge part this one was better I think. The roofs really looked like in ME and it was a one cut vid! That was amazing. If something goes wrong, redo everything... . It just looked more like one of faiths run while in neils it was just some nice jumps cut together without a real connection. Though I think it sucks, that he shot some ppl with the gun, I think in ME it was more about not using weapons.
