When I first started doing mirror work I would stare into my eyes and repeat affirmations and whilst doing this I started shaking really bad and my whole body locked up, scared the hell outta me. But once I started doing it twice a day for 10 to 20 minutes before bed and when I get up my life has changed drastically. My finances have increased with potential to grow even more. My confidence has grown my attitude towards things that i previously gave unneeded attention to no longer exists to me. People treat me better because I've decided to treat others better with understanding and compassion. I no longer let little things annoy me. So moving forward someone else said to use a candle in a dark room while gazing into the mirror and the first time I did I focused on praising God. Not asking for anything just being grateful for the love mercy and blessings. While doing this I kept seeing these little lights floating around me and this calmness came about me it was simply beautiful. However I stopped doing the mirror work and your videos had stopped showing up in my feed not really sure why, but I did it last night and when I woke up this morning there was a notification that you had new video up. Wow.

I wouldn't do mirror work in the dark " cause thats a portal to Bad spirits!...God is light "" there should be light..when we do our affirmations..There many intranquil spirits roaming the earth" that have died tragically..Darkness is like light to them" In tranquil SPIRITS..they didn't have the light of God in there Hearts when they passed..Please for your spiritual safety refraim from that..I'm just advising you.God bless

Thank you Ms Evette I followed your instructions. And for the first time in a long time I finally got an email about a position. I think because I have I’m a owner of my own business i get looked over. But i did it laid down and started doing affirmations as well. Five minutes later after I applied for a position and it was late I received a email. I checked it the next morning and she asked if I could come in for interview today. I emailed back yes and the time. 1 minute later she called me around 6:30 this morning. Got there this evening sat down and 5 minutes literally into the interview I got the job. This is very hard to do for some of us. I think it best to look into your eyes in the mirror, smile, & begin talking to yourself the same as you would in talking to a friend. Don't force anything. If all you can do is look into your eyes & smile that should be enough... until you are ready to talk to yourself. Don't rush this. Be easy on yourself.

it was worked with me decades ago when I was a kid I was bullied with my friends and my sisters I was ugly duckling I cried and cried felt self-pity at my younger age I tried already to killed myself. I worked away from my hometown before I go to sleep I face to the mirror and started talking myself even cried in front of the mirror. When I came back to my hometown the got surprised I transformed into a sexy, attractive young lady, I transformed became good at school when I was I college my classmates, teachers, friends can't believe that I was looking younger than my age A decade passed I forgot the routine which really worked for me.
