Addressing your concern, or rather suggestion, my friend, we, as sinners, suffer in our marriages and sexual lives because we do not truly know the Savior. We deceive ourselves by claiming we are already saved by Jesus Christ, thinking we need something else than Jesus Christ and His word to free us from our sufferings and pains. My friend, I also used to believe that the church is struggling because it lacks teachings on marriage, sex, raising children, and generally how to live with others. To my dismay, I discovered that my assumptions were incorrect. Sinners always need Christ for everything. In the ongoing journey of knowing Christ, fearing Him, loving Him, honoring Him, and belonging solely to Him, even our enemies can become our friends. The bitterness and worldly desires we carry start to lose their power over us. We will be led by the Spirit of the Lord and the Word of God, not by our feelings and circumstances. We fix our eyes on Him alone, hoping to one day see Him face to face. Will we ever be free of sufferings on this side of heaven? Well, Jesus promised us, saying, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭16‬:‭33‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Do you see His promise! Yes, He promised that we would suffer in this life, but what lies ahead is very exciting and joyful because He has overcome all evil. With Him, we will live in joy, peace, love, and contentment. Until that Day comes, we groan, as the Bible says. “For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Hey, thank you again for your comments and suggestions.
