Maybe the father wanted to show the world how much he loves his daughter or traffic was backed up so the camera person or mother or girlfriend, who was going to film the graduation also filmed the father rushing to the ceremony. How did any of the teacher's colleagues not see a red flag with the teacher over the years? This is not a Black or White issue. This is a culture issue in the United States. Students unbraiding their teacher's hair was still wrong and dealt with by a different school and principal. You can't compare how both situations are dealt with. There has been a few White women teachers who have gone to jail for having sex with their students. I respect Claudia's commentary more than the other two and I believe that she sees on both sides of the coin when it comes to racial issues and try to be fair on how she judges racial conflicts, but sometimes I have to disagree with her on her racial views. So, I work in Public Health, specifically STIs, every day for work . Syphilis is high in MSM communities, men having sex with men. Syphilis is a bacteria and can be transmitted through oral, anal and vaginal sex and treated with Doxy x2 depending on the stage, 7, 14 or 28 days or Neurosyphilis if left untreated requires meds via IV and meds. If lwft untreated Syphilis can cause blindness, hairloss, balance, and neruo issues too. So HIV is manageable these days and no longer a death sentence.
