Hi guys, I tried to really capture the true essence of what a day is like doing the Prep. How to occupy yourself during the day and not be thinking about food, or the lack thereof, all day long. I really feel that we put this huge "task" that needs to be done in our minds for the Prep day, when you can really "incorporate" the steps of the Prep into your day and try to go about your business in a normal fashion. I do feel though that you should definitely try to take the day off of work for it, since later in the day, you will need access to the toilet facilities. Hope this video helps someone out there fearing this process. I hope that I put your mind at ease a bit. xoxo Maria

I like a homemade light chicken broth, jello too. Your right eating light is the key. It’s always a good idea to have some depends on hand. Better to have it and not need it I say. Electrolytes is always good to have and purified water 💦 is a good tip. When I did mine my hunny was nice to not eat food while starting the process. What I found is the medication they give you in my IV is the best. The best sleep in years. My sister did a clear broth two days prior to the start. And she actually lost close to 8 pounds. And drank the broth after coming home after her appointment to allow her stomach to acclimate. Your fur baby Persian is too cute. My doctor had me pick up the gallon with the powder already in it. I just added some clear crystal light in it to flavor. Enjoyed this vlog documentation. Yes to the nap 😴 during the procedure. Excellent and informative video.

Thanks Ranalynn! I agree the more you can do prior to the Prep day to each light, the easier it will go! Glad that you had a successful time of it. A lot of people are frightened of the procedure.
