I have some extra flexibility myself because of hyper-mobile joints. I have been known to bend my knees in weird directions and stuff like that. It's mostly prevalent in my shoulder blades and arms though due to poor balance. I am sure I would be able to bend backwards and touch the ground, but since my coordination and balance sucks, I would topple over before completing it.

Heh... I'm also overly flexible, though it from defective collagen all over verses a specific defect like Misha' s. Though I also have been too not to stretch, do yoga etc for fear of dislocations... my risk of being paralyzed is pretty low, but I've been sternly warned against roller coasters for that reason.
