I have a 2003 S60 Volvo and even though it is stock with the low pressure turbo and i'm an old bloke, it will still put up a good fight at the traffic lights against a yobbo in a much more modern car if he wants to cut me off from the left merging lane. It's still very comfortable as i have chronic back pain after being rear ended by a P plate driver years ago. @@wooly1950Nice. Mines been reliable so far, purchased on 62,000 miles, now on 78,000. Purchased in February 2022. So far the only problems aside from general maintenance have been fuel filler neck hose torn causing fuel smell in cabin after fill ups, only cost £140 to sort at a specialist, and the anti-skid service required pops up a few times every month usually when doing full lock steering at slow speeds, I'm told it could be ABS sensor or steering wheel clock spring, either way the light goes off after turning off car and back on so no concerns there. Sunroof is a must too, even in dull UK 😅. Enjoy

Seriously, you guys need to watch the Video twice. I just did and it was very worthwhile. Watch it once as normal and once zoomed into the rear view camera. The pulling away from a v70r in the technical sections, and the porsche coming back flying on the straights. The body movement of le wagonne makes for a great "neckFx". Then there is the sparks flying off in the high-G sections. Combined with the raw sound from the chassie and the roar and suck from the engine. This gave me "pure nordschleife vibes" if you know what i mean. To the owner(aka the Stig): Amazing Car To misha: amazing drive as always. Edit: 1½ times obv.

Obviously a hot shoe in the RS is going to dust the Volvo, but you could see in the video that the V70 was keeping up in the corners and maybe beating it in the breaking zones a little bit. Not as far off for power as I was thinking either. Honestly, given the power this is making, I'm not surprised with the wheel spin on corner exit. I don't know that you'd gain enough traction dialing it back to justify the loss in cornering. Thus is life with a front driver. Everything's a tradeoff with suspension tuning.
