In a Porsche of this era you always MUST brake going straight and his footwork shows he knows exactly this. If you "throw the engine over your shoulder" by trying to brake while turning, its taking you and the whole car with it! A driver needs to coast in loading up the nose resulting in great steering grip, then use the gas and rear weight to load the rear tires allowing minimal traction loss on corner exit. It's somewhat counter intuitive to many designs, yet only works to such a perfect level for the Porsche. Incredible bit of engineering which these days is unique unto itself. Gotta love it!

Beautiful car. I actually liked the way you selected gears this time. Nice 'GT style' driving, relaying more on torque than power. In my opinion, there is no need to downshift at the corner's exit. You are mostly driving cars for the first time, it is normal, that sometimes gear selection is not perfect for the speed/corner. When car is not turbocharged, you can let it rev up from those 4-5k RPMs. ;)
