I have watched a lot of your videos. I really wanted a 2020 si and put a 1000 down on one at a dealership in dallas, but the jerks sold it out from under me. I ended up getting a deal on a sport touring hatch 1.5t but it's a cvt, will I be able to do any modding to it, such as this and a tune and some of the other things that you have shown videos of?

The CVTs don't like to hold a lot of power unfortunately. The car will take some of the bolt ons but it will be hard to take the CVT very far.

Unfortunately, as we haven't tested that specific combo, we cannot confirm that fitment.

We have not tried this, but most downpipes read as specific fitments for 1.5T and 2.0T fitments, so I don't think it will fit.

I can't tell you which one you NEED, that's really up to your preferences and what you're doing with the car. I also don't know the exact dimensions off the top of my head but it's 102% larger in volume than stock. Basically, double the size.

Appreciate the question, but intercooling is necessary for turbocharged or forced induction applications only. Naturally aspirated cars do not have or need intercoolers. An intercooler is present to cool down air after it has been compressed by a turbo. Hope that makes sense. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Stock style is a tube and fin style intercooler, these are bar and plate design. Is that what you are asking? If you ever have questions or want a specific part for your build, feel free to call our shop - we'll make sure to get you the right part!

You can probably get away with putting it on with a stock tune, but that's not something we recommend.

@@jamieweston3779Just get the intercooler without the pipes and you should be fine. Relating to your question, I believe he meant to say was that for you to maximize the benefits of a new mod, best to get it tuned. Hence why most people would get hondata or ktuner first before anything else. It's the best bang for your buck.
