Is it a myth or truth that people says ke hume oil change nhi krna chaiye if it's having goid ingridants also Like for eg. Aapne i think jbse vedios bnayi h tbse aap coconut oil use krti ho Fir abhi kuch time phele apne almonds oil use kiya and now indulekha..... (baki inke alava koi aur use kiye ho tho may bhi mene nhi dekha) So isse hairs m problem nhi hoti........ Aap shampoo bhi change krte ho and now oil also So it won't effect hair???........ Plzzz clear my doubt😂😂sry for long para
