It looks great. Would the glaze work on less fatty portions of meat like a round roast. It looks like a fun cook, but I am not sure I would try it out on something as expensive as a rib roast, I mean it is often times worth the experiment, but I think a smaller cut if it turns out terrible seems a bit easier.
