I just adore my skinny chocolate!!! Super quick and easy! I poured it on top of this dough, and it made a pan so good I had to tell my husband about it, so I wouldn’t eat the whole thing!!

Love these! I've made two batches already this week! My last batch was made with a different brand of natural peanut butter than I normally buy. It was a much runnier consistency so the balls were a bit too sticky. I added in about 1/2 scoop whey protein powder and - voila! Perfect balls (with some extra protein to boot!).

+Jessica I Great idea on the whey protein!So glad you like them!

So glad I found you! I plan on making all three versions this weekend! (Just need the Lilly's chocolate). I am binge watching your channel! Started THM on August 27 but need to learn more about fuel pulls, etc. You will help me a lot I am sure! Thanks again!

Teresa S. You could use skinny chocolate or 85% dark (mixed with a little cream to make a ganache optional) instead until you get lily's just some ideas I was thinking of as I was watching her video! I'm so excited about this holiday season!

Great suggestion! I had thought about mentioning (and didn't realize until after I was done filming that I forgot to) that the original recipe called for double dipping them in skinny chocolate. For some strange reason, I have never been very fond of skinny chocolate. I know, so weird! But I know a lot of people love it so I'm glad you mentioned it along with the 85% dark chocolate. I have tried that version but didn't think to add heavy cream. I would sweeten that as well when I did it, before dipping.

So glad you shared this! I'm very visual learner and keeping up with the Facebook group is very hard for me! It's also similar to a recipe in the new cookbook called 2 minute truffles except it's for one serving, it's super good. I like just eating it off the spoon. I mean who has time to roll them! Lol But I bet they would be good roll in chocolate too! Thanks! I'm so loving your channel! Ps I have been food prepping for the week and eating THM much better and I'm down 4 pounds in two weeks! Thanks for the advice! I'm loving it!

Creekside Homeschoolers, I am so happy for you about the four pounds in two weeks! That is amazing! Thank you so much for watching my channel and loving the videos. It means a lot to me that people are enjoying them. Thank you also for all the great comments! I'll have to try the two minute truffles! I haven't tried that one yet but your comment makes me want to go try it! :)

I didn't have the on plan chocolate chips so I made a batch of skinny chocolate and poured in on top (I used the 8x8 pan method) How much can we eat in one sitting? I try to stay with one 3 little squares. SO good. I will be making this again :)
@MarissasKitchen6 жыл бұрын
3 squares sounds like a good amount. There's no set amount (like with a lot of the THM recipes) but I try to stick to no more than 3-4 balls. Sometimes I fail at that though. 😉

You need to make skinny chocolate if you're running out of Lilly's too often. It's THM fudge. Or you can search for Keto Fudge, and get about the same thing. Takes 10 minutes to make, about 3-5 ingredients.

I was wondering if anyone has gastric issues using gentle sweet. It has really messed me up so now I can’t use it.
@MarissasKitchen3 жыл бұрын
Have you tried the Xylitol free Gentle Sweet? Maybe that would help?
@steffa6483 жыл бұрын
No I haven’t and yes that might help.

I don't have any peanut flour so what could I use instead? Thanks :-)
@MarissasKitchen4 жыл бұрын
Hmm...I have never tried it with anything else so I don't have any good recommendations. What about trying cocoa powder for a chocolate version? Or almond flour?
