To all the ladies out there: let men speak freely. The more they talk, the more they reveal their true nature, often hidden beneath the surface, leaving little room for misplaced hope. @@mabuixa If one has life experience and knowledge of human nature, it should not be a problem to recognize “The red Flag”. A healthy distrust is also important. If men over the age of 35 are neither married nor have a girlfriend, there may be reasons for this. If he has had various girlfriends up to this age and the relationship has never lasted long, absolute caution is advised. Men over 40 OR 40+ are difficult. Either in character or simply too old. When I was 27, I would never have married a man who was 40 or over 40+. That would be an age difference of over 10 years. It goes in the direction of “sugar daddy” and I don't like that. Besides, I don't have a father complex that would make me want to marry an old man. Their attitude to life, tastes and circle of friends are completely different. If there is such a big age difference, the husband or sugar daddy won't like it if the wife has a circle of friends. He sees competition or danger in EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. This is not a marriage but rather a hell. The wives are not allowed to have friends and hobbies either, they only have to look after sugar daddy. Just thinking about it makes me depressed. That's why depression and suicides are so common in SK.

She is not only lazy but a very bad mother and not a role model. The residents know this and show me respect as a working wife. That's true. Society supports men for wanting "non-working wives who will stay at home" in the disguise of "preference", yet shame women for stating that we want a financially stable man. If you're gonna cut off a woman's source of income to provide for her needs and leisure, you bet your ahh she'll look for someone who can and will do that for her. It's the most basic logic.
@hanasakura-eb5ewАй бұрын
@@MINOUTFTABOU I think that your reasoning has a twist only directed to one side... Yes, it is true that a "housewife" has no respect or recognition, but that is due to the confinement to which a sexist vision condemned her, because culturally any woman who wanting to aspire to something else was frowned upon and condemned by an entire society since the rest of the tasks and professions were monopolized by a man... The problem is not that a woman wants to stay at home, if that is her will. The problem has been that for many centuries women were not allowed to play another character, much less if the idea was raised that that character was above a man. I was never interested in staying as a "housewife", nor was having children an event that made me feel fulfilled... since I was very little, art has been my passion and not because of the respect I obtained in this profession (like you are saying) it is because I love this profession and it is simply because, as happens with men, not everyone wants to be engineers, lawyers, fathers of families... etc. and currently that is the door that has opened for women... DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE BECAUSE IT IS WHAT YOU LIKE MOST IN LIFE... not what a sexist society imposes on you... So if a woman does not choosing to be a housewife is not simply because she does not find respect in it, it is because her aspirations in life are different as every human being.

Yoo Yeon Suk has crossed some boundaries here. It's not respectful to judge someone based on what they wear or to think a woman's clothing shows her feelings. This is actually a red flag because it reduces a person to their appearance instead of seeing them as a whole. If he keeps expressing these views, oh dear... you might want to think about whether you want to continue engaging with him... wow... also it feels like, his partner would be obligated to wear sexy clothes, even if she doesn't feel to and be sexy all the time. And what if a woman on a date with him doesn't actually likes him but she's wearing see-through because it's her personality, then he would think she likes him... ?
@user-nz8gr7em6o2 ай бұрын
It's also very ironic because women get derogatory remarks for wearing provocative/sexy in misogynistic societies, yet also women need to wear them for the sake of men? Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Ahh, i love to be a woman.

I think it's a beautiful thing for a woman to stay at home and dedicate herself to raising kids. But why do so many of the men who demand for this also go around sleeping with young single women? That's the obnoxius part. If they stayed true to their wives then I don't see anything wrong with this set up.
@user-nz8gr7em6o2 ай бұрын
Ooooh the number of times I've seen this EXACT SAME scenario with celebrities and in real life. They wanted the devoted virgin-before-marriage housewife who will love them unconditionally and raise their kids, then destroys that same "perfect" marriage by cheating. YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE FKN HEAD. 💯 The standard they have for a wife while being an irresponsible husband who sleeps around. Love the audacity.

Most Korean men are like this. They are very traditional regarding the roles of women & men in relationships. Thats just how it is there. There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting a traditional family dynamic. I dont agree with bodyshaming though. Everyone is free to have their relationships the way they see fit. I'm a traditional stay-home wife & mom. Its works very well for our family. If it doesnt work for others, thats fine too.

My only problem with this video is that the creator is not directly reading the quotes. She will put a quote up that reads nothing like what she is saying. She is often interpreting the quotes meaning and not saying the direct quote itself. For example the quote from the first guy say "children without love" but she somehow interpreted this as "children without mothers" which does change the severity of his opinion. Cause it is true children without love do tend to become troubled adults.

The worst thing is, that the Korean/Asian culture itself creates bodyshaming beauty standards. It's not changing, everything they compliment each other for is loosing weight, getting something done on their body, making money and other things like that. As much as i love asian countries, especially Korea, most of them don't respect each other for being themselves the way they are. They prefer people to look unnatural perfect. Thats one of the dark sides. But on the other hand, we all have different pteferences but when someone is saying it out loud, it gets controversal. So, what is right or wrong is not that easy, i think growing up in this culture makes it hard to really be yourself 😢

If educated they want a career and want to have kids and a man that they can rely on with actions not words or claims of lies because they are on the same level of education there so they can discuss and come to a conclusion with finance related fights happening on a daily basis .educated men do not discuss their finances with uneducated women .The mother's viewing themselve as well as in laws and husband see them as necessary labourers of the family do justify how you phrase a. About Yoo Ah In imo the zucchini scandal comes from a big misunderstanding because initially he responded to a very mean comment and his answer was either light humor or passive-agressive which in any case was appropriate considering the unprovocked attack and the fact that it's the OP who brought the zucchini in the first place. Him being accused to be a misoginist for that seems like a stretch.

Otherwise, they are in their right to say their preferences. Women do it all the time, but you know, that never gets brought up, because women joke ALLL the time, if it goes too far and get away with it. So when these guys come out and say their preferences, all hell breaks loose and they are labeled misogynist. May I also make a point that some of the comments these guys made were comments when they were younger, meaning people mature, or grow over time. Yet we hold them to something they said 5 years back? There is a woman out there who wants the same thing he does. I don't think there's anything archaic about it. That's just what you want. There are women out there who want to be a stay at home mom and don't want a career. Do we criticize them for that? Or do we respect what they want? And there are women out there who don't want to be a stay at home mom and want a career. We can't help who we are attracted to. I don't think there's anything wrong with being honest about that.
