51:09 I love the aesthetic of Miagani Island, with its Gothic Revival skyline blending industrial pipes and retro 1940s to 1950s posters, billboards, and signs, all while featuring massive screens on the sides of buildings with hints of Art Deco. The Batman (2022) captured this style perfectly for Gotham, nailing that balance between old and modern with a gritty, immersive atmosphere. You can really tell that the movie pulled some ideas from all Batman media, including this game. My only real complaint is the size of the buildings, would’ve preferred a taller skyline, more like Gotham in Arkham City. The Gotham shown beyond the playable map in Arkham City had a more Art Deco feel, capturing the overall look of Batman: The Animated Series. Beyond that, though, I love how Gotham looks in Arkham Knight. It’s filled with so many details I just wish we had tower buildings that tower over the city, similar to Spider-Man's New York.

The scene where Joker shot Barbara is a recreation from the story Batman: The Killing Joker written by Alan Moore but it was actually much more toned down than what happened in the comics. In the comics Jim Gordon was actually there in the apartment with his daughter. Joker (also wearing a Hawaiian shirt but instead of a cap he wears a fedora hat) rings the doorbell and when Barbara opens the door he shoots and paralyzes her and then two of his goons beat Jim in front of her. After they knock him out, Joker then proceeds to remove all of Barbara's clothes and strip he naked in order to take pictures of her in agony and kidnaps her father. He takes Jim to a run-down amusement park, where he cages him in the park's freak show. He forces Gordon to view blown-up photos of a wounded Barbara, lying nude on the floor after the shooting. He then puts Gordon on display before the park's freaks, ridiculing him as "the average man", a weakling doomed to insanity.

@@odun_ktuuk thats the story. Joker lost his mind bc of the events of a single day so he was using jim to prove that "all it takes is one bad day" to go insane

The sequence you started with is one of my favorites in the entire series. The emotional dialogue between Bruce and Alfred and the brilliant soundtrack, and then ending it with the Joker jumpscare is all just so, so good. I'm glad you're enjoying this game so much!

tips: glowing green people are with the riddler, so u walk up and press Y. so criminals on the street, the cop in the gcpd, and for the people on the street, avoid fight them first, fight the others then press Y on the green guy and also for the riddler, i would recommend getting all trophies on your own time cause thats a really long process,

My greatest tip for easier tank combat is shooting the lights with the mini gun (ones that are glowing). It works on every tank in the game especially the heavily armored ones that usually take two canon shots to KO instead it'll explode on one perfectly aimed bullet

Just clicked back up on episode 1 for a rewatch and as soon as it started the notification for this one popped up on my screen 💀 can’t wait to see how Krissy gets on with this game!

He has ten rules. They're all hilarious, but if you want to get the side mission started, you can hit the button before he's halfway done with the first rule.

this game taught me that Batman is the scariest person in Gotham, you just never see that because you usually are in the loop with him when people get attacked by him

The Vulcan gun is good to use for certain things like IMO, shooting incoming missiles. Also this game is an absolute masterpiece

The Vulcan gun is good for one thing IMO, shooting incoming missles. It doesn’t do anything against armored tanks except give you the impression that you’re doing damage. So just avoid using it unless you are shooting missles. Easter eggs you may notice (non spoiler): Billboard ads and Joker’s makeup.

Oh, hey one of the Arkham Knight Challenges is Scarecrow Nightmare which is almost similar to the Arkham Asylum Boss Battle with Scarecrow except he fights back, and you fight him in the Bat Mobile

You can change battle mode from hold to toggle in settings

Thanks for getting the Electrical charge gun. Now I don't have to keep asking about that. That green officer is a Riddler informant. Press the counter button to get him to confess. In your next episode, can you go into the movie studios & pick up the Freeze grenade next to that empty cell please? it's on a little table. You'll have another free gadget & will make things much easier for you early in the game
