What she said about man who fears Allah, has morals, intelligent then also respecting her career. That’s not possible. تناقض حقيقة A man who truly fears Allah, has intellect, and morals wouldn’t respect her career of modelling whatever. This is maybe the problem with many women today (not saying all before I get attacked) that they want a man who fears Allah, has morals, and is intelligent, yet they want a man who lets them do fisq and respects thier bad choices. They attract perverts and fools, then complain. The type of men who would respect modelling etc are perverts and fools, that’s what they want. Morals, truthfulness, integrity, fear of Allah comes from what? And if she doesn’t have a photographic memory, I challenge her to memorise الكتب التسعة والمصنفين الخ . She will maybe not be able to. It isn’t just mere memory recall, but fearing Allah. العلم للعمل والعمل من الايمان. من يفرق بين العمل والايمان فهذا مرجئ. Before I get criticised by people or insulted, I’m the person who tells the truth, even if it’s hard to accept. Those who wish to criticise me, u people are people of desires. U want evil for yourselves. I want guidance for u. So be people of intellect and take heed.

Amazing episode
@3bb0_0d Жыл бұрын
I hope the host reads my comment. Many listeners to this podcast commented that the host almost always agrees with his guests (seemingly for politeness reasons-I don’t think he really agrees all the time). Why not challenge the guests? It is what makes the podcasts successful. For me, good hosts are the ones who mimic the child who asks his parents so many questions about the things that he/she hears or witnesses (just be the child [host] who bothers the parents [guests] with many dumb questions). A good host is the one who knows: 1- when (including interruptions) and 2- what - to ask follow up questions to the points that the guests is trying to convey. Many hosts don’t master this skill and stick to the questions that they prepare in advance of the episode. That’s why although Lex Fridman brings better guests to his podcast, Joe Rogan, for me, is the better host. Rogan doesn’t shy away from asking dumb questions (which momentarily reflects the questions that pop up in the minds of most lay audiences), he doesn’t need to pretend to know what his guests are talking about, and he doesn’t stick to his pre-prepared questions. Unfortunately so far, I haven’t listened to any Saudi podcast host (including ثمانية) who has this skill (mimicking the child curiosity). In this episode, if I were the host I would call out any pseudoscience conclusions that she presented as facts like the law of attraction. I would always say: feel free to believe in these things such as astrology (zodiac signs), alternative medicine (e.g. chiropractors), law of attraction…etc. But with all due respect, do not present them as facts. Science follows evidence in a very careful process and make conclusions accordingly (on which we can consider them facts until proven otherwise). Pseudosciences, however, either do not follow any evidence (and make conclusions solely based on unverifiable philosophical arguments) or do follow evidence but with a confirmation bias. Therefore, I would call out any such BS when presented as facts and see what the guests have to say. Anyways, maybe this is just me. Thank you for the episode!

Not everything has to be evidence based in order for it to be true or valid. You sound like a lot of fun to be around
@3bb0_0d9 ай бұрын
@@anluxem7876 Of course, anything can be true even if we don’t have evidence that it is true. The issue is in expecting from everyone to believe it is true. Each person believes in things based on personal “rules\assumptions”. Examples: believing anything your friend would say if you “assumed” he would never lie, believing in ancient stories from the holy book if you “assumed” what’s in it is the ultimate truth, believing in evidence if you “assumed” that your [eyes\ears\mind (e.g. calculations)\… anything we can verify by our senses] don’t lie. So to believe in something, you either want to use your senses to convince yourself of its truth or you have a leap of faith (faith in your friend’s words, faith in holy book). Can we expect all rational humans to believe in something if they have different assumptions? Example: can we expect two groups: Muslims and Hindus, to believe in prophet Moses story? Of course we can’t. So, the only tool we can expect people of different assumptions to believe is the tool of evidence. Because it is the only thing all humans can agree to believe in.

You are misinformed, having a photographic memory doesn’t mean you memorise everything you see instantly! It is inhuman. It is just a fact that images and all types of graphic make us memorise shit better. Humans tend to remember images and graphics better than voices and texts. In the past, we used to use voices/poetries to save our informations. Now, we use, texts, images, graphics, mind-trees etc. and they all have helped us organise our thoughts, convictions, principles, and values. It has made thoughts well-organised in our brain, enhanced our ability to interpret our surroundings, and made more informed decisions and judgments. - Khaled Alharbi 26 Jodda

I appreciate Saudi wants to modernise and needs to diversify away from oil dependency. But unfortunately you can’t have your cake and eat it. “In the late 1960's, the shah sent King Faisal a series of letters that said: ''Please, my brother, modernize. Open up your country. Make the schools mixed women and men. Let women wear miniskirts. Have discos. Be modern. Otherwise I cannot guarantee you will stay in your throne.'' King Faisal wrote back: ''Your majesty, I appreciate your advice. May I remind you, you are not the shah of France. You are not in the Élysée. You are in Iran. Your population is 90 percent Muslim. Please don't forget that.'' It’s such a shame so many Muslims have such an inferiority complex towards the west and feel they need to “out west” the west Unfortunately Saudis like most middle eastern countries heritage is predicated on its Islamic heritage, unless they want to revive their pagan history and India has already cornered the “idolatry”tourism market Young muslims make up a huge potential market for Saudi - why focus on the west with its low birth rates and an aging population. Iblis must be laughing at what’s going on … you’ve been hypnotised into thinking the west is great While China and Russia have already pivoted away

It’s not surprising that women who know themselves to be beautiful mostly like to pose in front of the camera. But there is a risk for men because there is a high probability of cheating.

@kluunverbeek152 I don't know who Amr Diab is. But if you told me that she was dating Johnny Sins, that would be impossible if he didn't cheat on her. 😆

Time? , best encapsulated in Sura Al-Asr. Pageantry and commodifying femaleness would not be one of them. Muslims unlike others have red lines. You cannot be everything to everybody. This is from someone who lives in the West. Average advice, maybe, but it is from a Muslim's perspective. God have endowed you with both beauty and brain (Marshallah) a rare combination. Why transgress His Command ?
