The news today was devastating. We were hoping for a romantic reunion between the Duke and Miss Scarlet. Hope the next season is full of excitement, but we will be missing our Duke.

They would have made the cutest couple while dancing with their relationship and keeping the fans on edge to see what they would do next. This hurts that the “Duke” has left. 😪Hopefully he will make some cameo appearances in the future! 🥰 This video portrays their relationship throughout the 4 seasons its beautiful Thank you Stuart Martin for bringing the Duke to life and playing the part so well 👏🫶🏼🙌🏻. Also for laying a foundation for the show to continue. I’m sure Eliza will do just fine. Her fan family is 100% backing her 🫶🏼🙌🏻. We will miss you! 💔😞

Thanks for another beautiful video. It is good once again to view the deep attachment they had and know that these two people were meant to be together. Since we have received the awful news regarding the Duke's departure this beautiful video is bittersweet. Like many other loyal fans I will no longer be watching this show. 3:28 🎉😢

Beautiful video! It was disappointing news but hopefully someday we will get a resolution. It was hard enough trying to watch without him the last two episodes from S4. Ugh! I think they are too destined to be together for Eliza to grow emotionally with someone else. Love this video and song! Thank you!

Disappointed that the Duke won’t be in Season 5. However Eliza is so good that I’ll tune in to see how she copes without him. I will miss the “ will they, won’t they” dynamic between them though. It made the show for me along with the excellent story lines.

Nice video. I'm so disappointed in the show knowing the Duke is no longer going to be with Scarlett. Seriously, season 4 and the lack of episodes at the end with the Duke and how they ended their storyline makes you not care about the show. I only started watching it after I saw fan videos of them being done and that drew me into the show. Shear dismay towards #MasterpieceTheaterProductions 😞

So disappointed he won’t be returning. I feel like his character made the show much more than miss Scarlett. She is a bit self centered and spoiled. Too bad. At least they did not kill him off, maybe in a later season…..
