I had that top 3 chosen as soon as they called the top 10. By the end I was rooting for Miss Illinois, but Shelly had it all night long. One of the best Miss Teen USA pageants ever.

Tennessee so naturally beautiful. I think she's one of the best teen winners ever. I still miss the days of evening gown where the girls were serenaded by a youth choir who were accompanied by a youth orchestra. It was charming.
