Miss Namibia and Miss India gave the best answer. Miss Columbia gave a basic answer. She needed to explain more in detail. Miss Venezuela also gave a basic answer. She looked too confidence and conceited. Miss Netherland should not said wow, that's a tough question at the beginning. She was forcing herself to answer the question. Miss Belgium gave an honest answer, but not significant enough. Miss Namibia won, because she was humble, intelligent, warm heart, and natural.

Namibia no tendría el rostro de colombia o de Venezuela que eran dos hermosas muñecas, pero tenia porte, era altísima, espigada y el vestido la hacía lucir fabulosa, cosa que Venezuela se veía aseñorada, el vestido no era y además se veía ancha de hombros y cuello grueso,se veía tosca, en eso le ganaba Namibia, es la realidad, colombia logra su paso al top 3 por sus respuestas y ese rostro tan bello, India por sus respuestas!!

This isn't a Miss Anglophone pageant. That would be boring and sad if everyone's the same. That's why we have many countries and cultures, so we must expect different languages. The content is the most important in the answer, as well as heart and intention of the candidate. Also, there are candidates who do speak English or some English, but they choose to answer in their native language to be at their best, or simply because they are proud of their language and would like to showcase it to the world. Also remember that the MUO and MW organizations have tutors.

Miss Colombia got an impossible question - still she carried it off. It's unfair that they all get so different questions. Miss Netherlands was funny, but the question had possibilities and so had Miss Belgiums. Miss Venezuela almost got the same question as Miss Jamaica the year before; and she almost repeated her answer...I fail to see why everyone is so smitten with Miss India. Miss Colombia and Miss Namibia are the best overall in this compettion. Although Miss Venezuela is extremely pretty, she gives off a bit of 'chilly' aura...but perhaps she was only nervous.

I never liked the Top 3 version!!! Because of this, I believe many participants were robbed of a chance. Had we had the Top 5 Venezuela and Netherlands would have classified. Venezuela could have rebound and possibly win. But then again, that was the injustice of the Top 3! I think the ladies in the Top 3 deserved their placements and did a very good job!!!

Blame it on Texas. There were complaints made by the state directors at Miss USA that Texas won five years in a row. So the MUO decided to make the pageant a little more unpredictable with the top 6 and final 3 format with the intention of having the possibility of the front runner be eliminated in the final round. Little did we know that they would extend this format into Miss Universe as well.

Miss Venezuela cannot made top 3 because her scores was number 4. It's shame. Only one judges gave her low score. He is Robin Leach who is Miss India got the question from him. I do notice that while Venezuela was way ahead of the others in the preliminary, the score gap between her and the others started to narrow considerably throughout evening. She was ahead but the others were already snapping at her heels. Colombia won the interview round and India was right behind her with a narrow margin in swimsuit and evening gown so her lead was already slipping. To be honest, she scored so high because the judges were so entranced by her beauty. She spoke impeccable English and yet appeared to have difficulty expressing herself. She was very beautiful but ultimately lack the personality to back it up.
