Yes, I noticed that. Very smart of Chelsea to quickly do more than what most contestants do - she swayed, turned & spinned. In some ways, her gown is quite unique. Most gowns are about the same - similar capes, high slits, low cuts but Chelsea's like a ballroom gown & her blue colour seems like the only 🔵 blue? Am proud of her, she did very well ❤
