I really like how you shared that all 30 girls were deserving. I find it inappropriate when people say that contestants don’t deserve their placement. I enjoy how supportive you are of the girls, both giving them praise and also being critical of the organization.

I find it hard to believe that India, the Philippines, and Cuba did not make the Top 12. Bolivia, Russia, and Mexico's placements were also disappointing. This year's Miss Universe pageant had so much political influence, highlighting the ownership's true motives.

For me, Ms Denmark deserves to win. Since day 1, she really stood out and her light aura is showing that she is really enjoying without any pressure of winning the crown. And she ends up clinching the crown.

We don’t need to give them any money until they change leadership and sell it to someone who cares about the pageant and contestants. Just boycott it. Money is what they care about and money is what they will listen to.

Without taking anything in consideration I think Opal and Chichi should’ve been the top 2. But between Denmark and Nigeria, Chichi was the whole package, however I definitely think if Nigeria had a better styling and better evening gown, without a doubt she would be the new Miss Universe. I genuinely think that kept her from getting the crown. Chichi is an African beauty that we don’t see every year. She was just glowing.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👏🏽👍🏽 Excellent video! You covered all bases to the recent Miss Universe perfectly. I agree with pretty much everything you said…to include that it was a complete and utter 💩show! I’m a former pageant girl and I’ve watch these pageants, particularly Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss America, and nearly all the more recent pageant organizations starting since I was a little girl. I’m hoping that Miss USA and Miss Universe will get a much needed change in ownership/management and that it will get better.

One of the worst MU ever, not because of our current beautiful raining MU but the whole show itself. I’ve said it multiple times, I even had Nigeria has a winner, either Nigeria or Finland. No one seemed to placed Nigeria passed top 30. Anyways, the whole inclusion and equality is awful. It’s a competition. However they need everyone to talk about MU and create marketing sources to continue highlighting the MUO. Thanks Fabianne for all your info, can’t wait to continue following on the next MU

I want to make a video when the year is done ranking all the international pageants I watched in 2024 so I’ll go in-depth on my thoughts about Miss Grand then! I’m thinking of covering the next edition so I’ll make sure to pay close attention to the queens as they’re crowned! I do have quite mixed feelings about the Miss Grand organization but no one can deny that they put on great shows and the women they highlight are spectacular!

That’s so upsetting, it’s amazing these girls were able to pull through. Miss Puerto Rico was also sick! She confirmed that she was hospitalized before prelims :(

29:14 “It was giving early 2000 stage” Ummm no! Have you really seen the early 2000s stage? They were all quite unique, with levels and some were really well designed to showcase the contestants’ performance.

This year's MU was horrible, Venezuela and Thailand should have been in the top 2. Top 12 was also messy in my opinion

Miss World 🌎 pageant is the biggest and the best pageant in the world. It has this regal and Royal vibes that no other pageant has. They do a lot for communities that really needs help. Great humanitarian work 👏. Also, It's more elegant and classier than the rest 👌. Undoubtedly, the best pageant in the world 🌎. Miss Universe sucks.

Agree TOTALLY with everything you said in this video, Fabienne. You covered it all including several aspects we all also felt. I’ve watched this pageant since I was a young girl. I became a pageant girl myself, on a less grand scale, but I enjoyed success, but this was indeed one of the worst Miss Universe pageants ever. Production quality 🚫, to include poor lighting, not so great stage design, poor candidate treatment/enjoyment. I thought that being that it was Mexico City that he candidates would have been seen out and about around the city rather than being cooped up in their hotel. I too, based on responses to the questions, that Chichi indeed should have been the winner. And don’t get me started on the severely tactless comment regarding the blonde hair, blue eyed debacle. I made my voice heard on social media. I couldn’t believe that was said. Your best video, Fabienne. Very informative and comprehensive.

These are the Estates of Mexico some candidates visited during the concentration: Guadalajara, Jalisco Merida, Yucatan Cuernavaca, Morelos They also visited the Archaeological site of Teotihuacan in the estate of Estado de Mexico. They visited Plaza Garibaldi Some participate in cooking classes, Italian and Mexican cuisine. The event of Las Catrinas was held in El Colegio de las Vizcainas, not in the hotel All the concentration, make up and stylist session, fitting, rehearsals, orientation classes, photos session, other activities relate was done at the Expo Reforma not at the hotel. All the Misses was leaving early in the morning to do their activities and returning to the hotel late afternoon. That MUO fall short, agree. Mexico has too much to offer and they missed the opportunity to show to the world and to ALL the participants the beauties of Mexico.

Oh wow thank you for all the information this is a great rundown! I wish the all girls could have enjoyed everything instead of picking a few just to make promotional content. They’re focused on profits and not giving the girls a good experience.

@@fabiennefabu seems to be the MUO did not coordinate with the Ministry of Tourism of Mexico, nor with the government of Mexico City to plan more recreational, cultural and tourist activities with the Misses. It was unfortunate that most of Misses did not have the opportunity to enjoy the greatness of Mexico

The moment Miss Nigeria said she did it for herself and Africa, Chidimma limited her response to African continent, instead of women watching from other part of the world, that was enough to win her MU Africa. Miss Denmark is a deserving winner because she directed her answer to global viewers. The question was, MISS UNIVERSE HAS INSPIRED GENERATION OF WOMEN, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SAY TO THE ONES WATCHING YOU?
