Ang galing pala talaga ni Janicel Lubina she is a certified 1st Runner-up in both Major Beauty Pageants in the Philippines. Miss World Philippines 2013 1st Princess then she became Binibining Pilipinas International 2015 (which is technically the second major crown in Binibining Pilipinas). Sila lang nina Catriona Gray at Rachel Peters ang may hawak na record na ganyan - after Miss World they've won crowns in Binibing Pilipinas.

Since none of the MWPH 2013 court ever competed in other pageants (prior to the new org in 2017), why didn't Janicel Lubina, MWPH 2013's 1st Princess, assume the local MWPH title after Megan won MW 2013? Just curious... yes a weird question after 8 years.

Wala naman kasi sa rules that if the reigning Miss World Philippines wins as Miss World, she would give up the local title and the 1st Princess will assume, sa Miss USA (if she wins Miss Universe) lang ang ganung ruling.

@@franciscalubaquib4697 sana iapply na ang rulling ng MISS USA sa MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES lalo na't ang franchise ng Miss Universe Philippines ay indeoendent pageant na at di na ito under ng Binibining Pilipinas, na for example if si PHILIPPINES ang maging MISS UNIVERSE 2023 ang naging 1st runner up during the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant ang maging title holder na as MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES 2023, take note ginagawa din ang tradition na ito sa South Aftica na kapag si South Africa ang nanalo sa miss Universe ang 1st runner up sa Miss South Africa Pageant na ang bagong Miss South Africa for the rest of the year

that's what you call being gutsy, showing courage and determination. amidst constant failure she is still in the game. she is a fighter! she might have stumbled but she kept her head held high and continue her journey in achieving her goal. now that her time has come representing the Philippines in Miss Grand International 2020 let us hope and rally with her to bag the first Golden Crown for the Philippines.
