if you equip the kasaya that you get after defeating elder jinchi in chapter1, you will be immune to the lava terrain. You can walk on lava without getting any burn

Pretty sure this will help you guys First - i fight the devil dude first and didnt even talk to to bull guy after losing to his second form i go back to the bull guys and talk to him at this point you already defeat 4 cart So i follow the gold cart thing and cant find him right [(all you need to do is talk to bull guy in crimson silver cart after yin yang boss location and the gold cart will appear.)]

There's a secret area after beating bishui golden-eyed beast. But it looks like it leads to another boss fight and there's a wine worm to collect there but no boss? I died more times to the Mother of Flamlings than the chapter's final boss. Oh you almost 1 shot the stupid worm? No worries, we are giving it 2 unstoppable scripted shouts and let it summon 20 more minions to stun lock you to death. Whoever designed that deserves a special place in hell.

@@Hakizux Yeah I finally realized I missed a step there. Missed a dialogue with the Pale-Axe where I defeated the moving cart. Too bad I went to my save files and overwrote my actual gameplay to go back a couple hours thinking I'd hate myself if i completely missed out on such a good secret area since it is tied to the secret ending. Still not mad about it though even though I wasted like 5 extra hours cus now I can go back to the Great Pagoda and do whatever I need to do there. Appreciate your reply boss.

All quests on this game needs you to exhaust all dialogue to trigger the next step. To exhaust all dialogue all you need to do is keep talking to him until he repeats the same sentences.

That's a completely different quest, not needed for bosses or secret area. It's for a transformation spell from the horse NPC located in chapter 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

The secret area / cart quest is not missable. You just missed a step, go back and look at my timestamp to check each Pale-Axe location and exhaust all his dialogue. You need to exhaust all dialogue on all quests in this game to trigger the next part. This one is no different.

If you didn't get 4 to drop from all the flamlings in the area, just fast travel to last shrine and rest. Then go kill them again

Idk if I did something wrong or not, but the cart quest was fucked for me. I couldn't pull the string multiple times on the deas cart and no dialogue appeared. I did everything right until that point. Then I went on in the story and defeated the final boss of the chapter. Now pale axe is gone and the cart at the gate doesn't appear.

From Flamlings which are found around the mother of flamlings boss area. If you don't get 4, use the incense trail talisman to teleport beck to a shrine, rest, and kill them again. repeat this process untill you get enough.
