Miss .Carly you look fabulous girl I finally purchased my first wig however can u recommend what works best makeup product foundation or whatever to use to make the scalp look more realistic I’m similar skin tone as you so just thought I’d ask the wig queen for some tips love ya ❤️

Hey girl!!! Thank you for the message!!! Usually they say as a rule of thumb to dab your foundation on the inside of the wig cap to match your skin tone. And then of course dusting it with some powder. Now for me I haven’t been 100% successful with this method, because for me I feel it’s a little cakey and pills up a little bit. That method where I “bleach the knots” on a synthetic wig using The Sally Hansen leg air spray. No yes the lightest shade would technically be too dark for me. But it almost doesn’t matter it when it comes to the knots. Because it’s just softening them up with a nude color. Most often I will just dust the parting with a powder, with a make up brush that is firm. I do that sometimes in my videos. The ones most recently I have been showing me putting powder on the parting. Let me know if this was helpful or if I answered your question. Happy to help! Thank you for watching and for the comment!
