Hey guys, looking at the carrier who's hypo you used made me think of a question... some companies offer a current No-Cost Fixed Loan, while others will guarantee the fixed loan will never have a cost(no matter if the rates go in that direction or not)... I've heard carriers say "in their 100 plus years, they never changed their loan charge/credit rate..." I was wondering what your opinion is on that when meeting with clients...do you try to only use carriers that guarantee their loan a zero net cost, or is a current no-cost loan enough for your confidence with some of the carriers? Why are the rates with this Product, ie IUL so much higher than the rates for the exact same companies in a Fixed Income Annuity SO MUCH HIGHER ?

Comparing the IUL to an annuity isn't a 1 to 1 comparison. The IUL includes living benefits, Liquidity, flexibility and it blossoms when you die. If it makes you feel better, consider that all fees for the life of the contract are illustrated and built into the returns.
