I tried to read those Colleen Hoover books it triggered me so much I THREW THEM AWAY! Totally freaked me. My hair has been stick straight most of my life....then menopause transformed my hair to wavy! Then I had covid long haul twice. And my hair is still falling out. Try biotin and collagen peptides they have both helped me alot for my nails and hair.
