for future bingo cards you could schedule a “ZERO day” that’s like a free day / ✨get out of jail day card ✨ where you can choose any day in the month to just take the day off and veto the other things, so in essence won’t interfere with your other goals and in itself is another form of self care day where you just get to do ✨nothing✨or whatever a zero day looks like for you where you can just shut off not have to get dressed up/do make up, just wear your pjs, lounge on the sofa, watch a movie, be unreachable and just let yourself be revitalised to go back to normal programming after (so essentially an extra rest day / an optional pause button ⏸ - that you can just put anywhere in your month when things feel too much/too taxing and you just have to say “nope🤚🏻 not today sir!” then get back to it the next day ! because getting 99.9% of each goal is still way better than getting 0% (E.g the walking you essentially got 99.9% & you probably made up those steps on the other days) ⬇️ On the walking note: another commenter also said a weekly goal for walking might also work where you do 36,000 steps in a week which avgs. out at 6k each day: so say you get 6k Mon-Thurs 6.6k Friday 5.4k Saturday Or 6,120 Mon-Fri 5,400 Saturday that still amounts to the same end goal on avg you’re reaching the goal / still walking those steps! Might be a softer approach to it 🤍

Hi Jill...have you thought of doing the 'browse with me ' videos? They are extremely popular, especially the influencers who frequently browse Dollar Tree, Walmart, Target, TJ Max, Marshalls. You simply visit frequently and update followers on what's new. Check some channels like Prettyandflawed and In The Cart. People seem to LOVE these videos. It gives them a heads-up on where they can find certain things they may be looking for.

I fell into the hype of these bras a while back and did not like them. Almost $80 for 2 bras that I can't wear. Sizing was not spot on for me, although I did my measurements to find my size. Even with the extender they sent, they were way too tight. And under the arms are very uncomfortable. When i lose a good bit of weight, maybe they will fit better and i'll try them again (the ones i already have) but as of my opinion right now, I would not buy from them again. Took very long to get to me ( I didn't know they were a Chinese company) and not worth it to try to return.
