Love the mini flip in the cold water when the jerkbait bite isn't on (usually due to weather not being ideal for it) Drag a ned to get my 5 keepers and then a miniflip with a mini d chunk for a bit bigger bite. Confidence in two rods on the deck for 8 hours.

Hey mike I have a few questions that you probably won't see but it's worth a shot. I was wondering as a young angler, how did you become pro did you have to be in college fishing or does that even help? Also when your in a tournament does the fun of fishing leave when your under pressure. Do you lose the fun of fishing when it comes to money? Thanks .

Mike, I wanted to clarify something that is very important to me and I am sure it is to you as well. When you are fishing a tournament and have a marshal, do you prefer them not to say anything or does it loosen you up when you have dialogue together?
