If you wanted to know real pain, take out the base Italian helicopter. At 8.0, you get 2 7.62 miniguns that aren't really useful for anything, and 14 rockets that launch in pairs and do hardly anything. No missles, atgm's, that sorta thing. Ngl, I pretty much hate the thing at this point. Love your vid tho

It might be possible to increase the range of those missiles using gravity. The question is whether those missiles are hard coded to fail after 2km by the game or whether they simply run out of fuel after 2km but can still glide. If it is the latter then it may be possible to sit 6km up and guide the missile in via gliding, sort of like bomb tossing but more accurate.

I've been playing a similar lineup for the past couple weeks, and I love when I'm in the chopper and I get sniped by a BMP that can hit me from three kilometers away. It truly is the most balanced rotary winged vehicle.

Correction: You got sniped by a BMP that can hit you from 10km away. Source: I'm a BMP-2M player. (Isn't that heli spawn on Sands of Sinai really messed up though? I can literally shoot you as you spawn and Gaijin thinks this is fine, there is a reason I've yet to spade any of my helicopters.) On a side note, it takes ~30 seconds for the BMP's missile to go that far, so if you see it coming at least you have a good amount of time to get behind cover.

Hey Phly, I know that things are crazy, updates, baby being sick, events and all. But maybe once things chill out and you need something to cover? You should check out the Italian C13 T90 It was the vehicle that got me my phirst nuke, and I’d like to see it and the ABUL/74 (specifically the 90mm) on the channel! The combo means in any terrain you can get to a sneaky spot, and scout phor tons of SP! (Day 49) (But play the Hawk III first)

I just unlocked this thing. It seems like there is only 1 or 2 good maps for it. I will usually put it behind a skyscraper or something in a dense area just outside the ground-vehicle playing field. I usually get found by a spaa but sometimes I can get one or two kills with it before end-game. Usually one-shots.

Idk if this is really like that irl. But even bombs drop faster without any propulsion system. Free fall + propulsion acceleration, they should accelerate quite a bit. It shouldn't be a constant speed or anything around 300 kmh. I just checked, free fall speed from 450m alt is 285 kmh /80 m,s with air resistance for 300kg object skydiving.
