Sara Harlee it took almost 3 months for my litho and i got the first batch and when my shirt was messed up i asked for a refund they responded very quickly and gave me a new shirt and it shipped very quick and gave me my money back. And when I email them it’s a real person and is very quick.

omfg thanks for making this video. I was freaking out that I was one of the few that just never got this poster and I did not realize how big this situation actually was. Also, the shipping on this $20 poster was $7 which is crazy for a poster when my friend said her sweatshirt was about $3 in shipping. Also, i continue to email the company as well and every time they say there is a delay in the production. First of all, didn't Ariana already sign all 10,000? And it's a piece of paper, there is nothing to be delayed. I emailed them today and I got a response in 5 minutes which was nice. The dude told me to give him my tracking # so he could find out where it was. I sent the # and he emailed back "We are looking into this issue for you and will be back in touch with an update as soon as possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience! " So hopefully he finds it. But honestly it's been 4 months since I ordered it and they already charged my card. So my excitement for the poster is gone and all is left is frustration. I completely understand why you're ranting about it and thanks for giving the public more information. I couldn't find any other videos talking about this situation so thank you for this!

Emily M of course!!! thats why i made it i wanted to help❤️i dont think she ever signed them and i think thats the issue. they probably dont even have posters because ariana or her team probably has them because she has to sign them. thats the only “production issue” you can have. its a poster its not like they have to print it or make it. i wish she would give us an update or assure us we are getting them😢

Hi Sara! I'm a Taylor fan and i have noticed similar things with Taylor's merch company. Recently this white sweatshirt was released and it sold out immediately because everybody wanted it. It was BEAUTIFUL. Finally on Monday they decided to restock it. But only like 10 in each size and in a matter of minutes it was completely sold out. Now they are saying that they will never restock it again. I'm guessing because of "production issues". But many fans including me really wanted it and are now disappointed. I feel like i've been noticing a common theme with merch companies lately which is inconsistency, unfair situations, being vague... I didn't order any Ari merch yet this era because of all this drama even though I want some. I guess i'll just wait till tour....

I think one of the reasons why the lithos weren’t being shipped was bc she hurt her hand. Remember when she was on that show with James Corden and hurt her hand in the haunted house? Idk just a thought.

I'm very fortunate that I haven't had any problems thus far but seeing all of these issues has me kind of upset. First the preorders for the digital album went out later than I personally was expecting but that was acceptable, but then some people's preorder perfumes didnt come until after the perfume was already out, then they botched the first bath of shirts, now the second batch of lithos have no information, the presale ticket access for people who bought the merch was hardly a presale because people got an extra 3 or 4 days for having an american express card and people who actually bought the merch only had one extra day. With the dangerous woman era I got everything I ever ordered within about a month. We're fans of Ariana spending good money for presales that are coming late and merch that is taking months. I hope everyone's stuff comes really soon or they get an update because this is getting ridiculous.
