I messed up n lost a friend of 25 years. At least I think so...my fault...my bipolar depression gets in thw way of all my friendships n relationships esp if they don't understand...just like you im 20 mins away try calling texting apologizing but for almost 2 weeks I've gotten no response n I feel like crap...

we all feel like shit here and there so its natural in my view. as long as effort is shown, then its okay in my view. cause at least we tried in the end
