It’s actually really common when people have been out in the water for long periods of time that body parts separate (particularly feet) and wash up. I don’t remember what the phenomenon is called but this happens a lot naturally along a coast in Washington and also in Canada.

If the remains are not complete and do not include a skull, torso or trunk 🧐 could be a staged/red herring ploy, just stating forensic facts. The foot.. how was it umm detached from the ankle, shin etc by axe, bone saw or shark bite or decomposition? These are evidential facts and need to be released to the public. Remember she showed her sneakiness and smarts with trickery when alive so 100% chance she is still alive, unless more evidence is released to discount facts noted.

Yes. And in a case like this police _should_ release more details to the public. This could be a super red herring. Amazing coincidence that the shoe was recognised as one she was wearing on the day of the domestic raid. I don't have utter faith in DNA tracings. The experts tell us humans that we share a 99% DNA similarity with the gorilla , and even an impressive 50% with the humble banana! Few humans have ever been mistaken for a gorilla, so the remaining 1% of the DNA of humans has to contain all the major distinctions which distinguish us from our forest cousins. Meaning, a lot of humans must have extremely similar DNA. Plenty of room for error there, and perhaps a little side-salad of confirmation bias. Or even a smokescreen. I don't think this story is over yet. . .

Conspiracy always exist, whether or not you try to avoid it. But fact is, the chance you can survive cutting off your foot is very, VERY slim. you need medical training to do that because there are 2 major arteries run from your heart to your legs and one goes all the way down to your sole (Femoral artery and Posterior tibial artery), depends on where the cut was made, you will need to have one or both cut off in order to sever your foot from ankle. (which a severed foot usually means) Now, I am not saying this won't happen, but to do that you will need a team of doctors and specialist in order to survive such amputation, a surgeon to close your wound so you won't bleed to death, an anaesthetist to put you under so you don't die from shock and pain when the act is carry out, and a specialist post op nurse to make sure your stump is not going to b infected. Well, can she get all these professional risk losing their license to carry out this operation under the table? Maybe. Does she have enough medical knowledge to know how to stop an arterial bleed? Maybe. But the chances for that is less than slim (10% if I have to put a number on it) and well, certainly not "100% chance she is still alive" as you claim.

Then again with Google at everyone's fingertips I'm sure that she could've researched how to do it herself and obviously had at least one accomplice to ensure that she didn't bleed to death.. She could've easily gotten some heroin or illegal prescription pain medications, and even possibly numbing injection medications like what they use to topically numb you for cortisone injections or before giving stitches to someone... I'm guessing it's the same medications that dentists use for numbing the nerves before fixing cavities and doing root canals ... so if she knew the right people and had the disposable cash in hand it could've been possible to get a hold of... and then she could've used a tourniquet to restrict blood flow to her foot. She could've purchased some scalpels or other extremely sharp knives, she could've used a soldering iron to cauterize blood vessels... unfortunately I think that she definitely would've needed a medical student, an actual doctor OR veterinarian to be able to close the stump after the amputation... That is IF the foot appears to have been amputated either professionally or amateurish, and not severed by torture, accidental trauma or by animal such as a shark... I'm personally of the thoughts that she's alive still somewhere and recuperating from having her foot amputated... a fare trade for $20+ million... until or unless the rest of her remains are found I'm going to believe that she's still alive somewhere... It's entirely possible that she stole money or attempted to steal from the WRONG person and they took care of the situation in their own way. I truly feel sorry for her son though.. to loose his mother in unknown circumstances, to know what a criminal she truly was...and let's not forget that children are brutal towards each other... poor kid is going to be bullied relentlessly throughout his school years...on top of grieving for his Mum... regardless of what she's done to others she's still just his Mum to him. It's not fair on/to him but unfortunately that's life
