@shenetheacrockett1033 it was spring time and the last time it snowed that winter. Hit ice, went off to the right side just before the guard rail started. The 2 guys in the front seats opened their doors and jumped out. I couldn't get my seat belt off. The water was very cold and I couldn't feel my fingers. The water was also dirty, like chocolate milk, couldn't see through it. Water was up to my neck when I got the seat belt off, but then I couldn't find the door handle. Again, couldn't feel my fingers. The water came over my head and I held my breath. Started to run out of air, clawing at the door. I reached my head way back and there was a pocket of air towards the back. I took in a breath of air and I was able to open the door and swim up. Now I was trying to swim with winter boots and a winter jacket in a current. I remember yelling for help but I was so out of energy, I don't think any heard me. I got to the shore, but was too exhausted to stand up. I just crawled along the shoreline back to the bridge.

But, the car was down so deep it couldn't be seen from the surface, or just a few feet under the surface. Was that lake being checked over in general and they found it? How was that car discovered?
@maryanng720 Жыл бұрын
I believe they were originally treasure hunters and cleaning up the waterways. They started finding guns and would call the police because it would be illegal to keep & in case it was lost evidence. They also started finding cars with bodies in them. Again, they would call the police. Soon, they were working with the police on cold cases. Afterward, families would contact them for help in finding their lost loved ones. They searched routes these lost souls would have traveled. They searched the nearby waterways, hikers and forests, etc I may be thinking of different group, but it's probably along those lines
@maureenjossick429 Жыл бұрын
@@TheNoiseySpectatorthere’s a show, adventures with purpose- that these men, that are divers get calls and messages from families of missing people..now obviously they probably have requirements to come out, but they narrow down bodies of water that could be a potential site of the vehicle/person(s) they’re looking for. One will go out on a boat with sonar equipment, scan the lake, if they see any vehicles thru sonar,they drop a line with a magnet so it’ll stick to the car,and they tie a booey up topside, so they go get there gear on, and check the license plate. They usually bring it up with them..but then the police are notified, they get a machine to pull out the car, and then they look for remains in the windows..not sure what happens after, but it’s very sad to watch..families feel like at least knowing what happened and laying your loved one to rest, doesn’t take away pain,but that peace..at least knowing they’ve been lovingly laid to rest.
