I was saying most of the villains have a heart they're just messed up by the society that prioritizes traits and material things rather than people like in the real world and you can identify with that and I would say some of them are more messed up than others to where they don't feel sympathy which is not good for anyone and doesn't mean that they're not responsible for their own actions but of course they wouldn't be like that if it wasn't for other people not showing compassion and some of the other villains are honestly really kind even more than heroes and that's sad
