Small purchases really add up. Plus with inflation also I notice myself spending a bit more per month than I was the last year or two

Hey Friend, Happy Wednesday. I love how you have the chase app that shows you your monthly budget. I have my bank with Bank of America and it shows me my monthly budget. 😊 Awww it’s always so sweet when our parents buy us gifts that we have been wanting, it helps our budget as well.😊

I feel like the prices of groceries have recently gone up again. This year I have been getting groceries at Aldi for my husband and I for under $100 for the week, but just the other day my total was $110 and it has been a consistent thing for the month of April. The quality of some of the produce there has gone down as well. Maybe that’s just my local store though.

True!! I know they've gone up steadily but maybe Trader Joes increased a lot last month because it felt like a sudden jump!

It's all the stores. Even shopping the perimeter of the grocery store, essentials are slowly creeping up 10 to 15 cents every few weeks.
