So weird that reforged Thrall model uses his post-Cataclysm outfit and look, instead of the Doomhammer armor he's supposed to be wearing during WC3 events... These are like 10-15 years apart in-universe

It's not meant to be accurate to that point in lore. It's based off of a later outfit he wears in WoW.

@@horsemumbler1 Yea but then again you have skins in games that completely change the look someone is supposed to have... it's not supposed to be an 'accurate' look of Thrall at the time, it's just supposed to be a skin. Just like the Nightmare Cenarius one for example, or even Jaina where she has the alternate hair color after Theramore (I think?).

If they’re going to add skins only for a few select hero’s especially thrall and Jaina both having skins from the future they should add skins for each race changing the units up and would help a little with distinguishing ally’s and such in competitive matches.

Noticed it just now, but look at these "animated" portraits. Some of them are just a still model with tiniest jaw movement on voice lines and an ocassional blink. And then open any Dota game and see what portraits look there. Also, could you see the invul effect at 9:15?

The hero glow is much smaller and harder to see, I thought that one point the Archmage attacking you was a creep. Too many and unfinished models also like the fountain of Health that look like a doodad and it's also got the wrong size

it was outsourced by another company that makes 2nd grade games. why would you feel bad about saying things how they are. if anything blame the people who thought outsourcing it was a good idea, they wanted to save money.

good deed idea expanding on the free necropolis video: reverse pick pocket items (can be neutral items, shop items, etc) as many as possible onto the enemy heroes without them knowing (e.g. put items in their inventory while invisible)

My take on reforge graphics: I watched this episode through my iPad, which I normally have no trouble with. In this game, I couldnt tell who’s units belonged to which player. So I brought the iPad close to my face, and I still couldn’t tell. There is no color pop whatsoever.

honestly the creep in reforged doesn't look that bad i mean yeah the orgres suffer from the samey feel to em like i mentioned in a previous video about the building... but they really don't look bad at all. i also noticed the the new model for chieftain has two very different attack swings, i think for the scaffolding for the structures needs a recolouring to a more.... lighter coloured wood texture, the fact its the same colour as the greathall makes it almost invisible at first glance. i think a creep only army using banshees on reforged would be amazing. not only as a challenge since the type of creep depends on the map and the person your against if unknowingly killing what will be your army eventually but also you will be able to get a little more up close and personal to view the models in action.

I suddenly realised that the Reforged graphics style is in my eyes much closer to how WarCraft 2 would probably look like, if it was created using a 3D engine. I think it is more faithful to the roots of the WarCraft series than WarCraft 3, which brought a huge pivot in stylistic direction. The visual clarity is worse though, which is critical in a competitive environment.
