I was born in Cleveland and will always have love for Downtown Cleveland, but let’s be for real a big chandelier, living spaces, and offices the answer? That’s the competition against other States like Los Angeles California, midtown NY, and Miami Florida? I’m moving to Los Angeles in a few months because it’s so much to do attractions, eatery’s just fun on the weekend after a hard week of work. That’s what Downtown missing and would make tons of money doing so.

If you bring more residences downtown, businesses should follow. It should also stop the sprawl that’s taxing on the region. Cleveland’s not going to compete with the largest cities in the country any time soon. But, if climate issues continue, NE Ohio will be very attractive because of its fresh water and legacy infrastructure.
