Steph...I just discovered your line dance instructions a few weeks ago. I have incorporated it in my morning routine of Tai chi stretching. This is my wind down part of my routine. @Lola Hammond well if it makes you feel better up here in Philly we only do the Mississippi Cha Cha slide. Maybe the south enjoys the northern swing and vice versa

It sad because this version was made for the south and the other one was for the north but here in augusta ga my elementary school child does the new (Northside) version while i did the southern missippi version
