Hello, Kay Krizz I really want to thank you for all your advice about Qatar. Last saturday Nov 11th they came to Argentina. I passed all the tests because of your tips for preparation. I am really happy and I expect they say that for me is a yes. Of a group of about 500 people, just 14 of us were selected for the last interview. I really dont know how many cabin crew they are going to pick but the case is that I have passed happily and without problems so far all the tests. You are a great person. Dear kaykrizz. I watched ur video n i must say, i ve been working for qatar airways for some time now...n would like to reply on ur video. Part of ur thinking is right, but there is other part which im sorry to say, is wrong. U ve been focus to much on grooming n etc, n less on ur personal performance on opening day. qatar airways has been hireing young, dinamic, polite n mostly people with good vibes...this is what is important for them, not as much paint of ur nail polish. Im trying to give u an advice as well to many of young people who r trying to become qa cabin crew. Its a great company and it has been a pleasure to be qa cabin crew. From my experience...whn i came on opening day, n later on exam n interview i didnt have cabin crew look at all...but they "fall in love" with my positive attitude and self introduction. This is wht makes a great cabin crew, grooming will and can be trained later on. Wish u and as well all of u goodluck with opening days n dont give up ;)

Not long ago i was sitting by the Hotel Reception looking all frustrated i had my invite for the next day on my hand,The man i was sitting next to asked me why i wasn't showing any enthusiasm and i told him how i'm afraid the same thing is gona happen again always get invites but get cut off just after the reach test that i don't even know how i'm failing coz i dont ever struggle to touch the placed sticker,He told me not to ever give up and how he went through the same thing as well AFTER 5 TRIES he finally got his break with Emirates as a pilot .Guess the word that should drive all of us is PERSISTENCE

Hi Mario! Most Hiring processes takes a loooong time. Mine took 7 months of waiting. This is what is infamously called the waiting game. My advice is to keep your job until the first day of your training as a flight attendant. All the best!

Hi there, just have one question for you if you don't mind. I am from Brisbane. There is an open day for Qatar in Melbourne one the 17th (next week). I understand that you don't have to apply online for an open day and can just turn up. however, due to the distance that i have to travel i chose to apply online and wait for a response before i can book my tickets to go down to Melbourne. Its now been 48 hours (2 whole days) since I applied and my application status still says "NEW" and I haven't heard from them yet. how long does it usually to to get back a response ?? do you reckon I should just go for the open day ?? does this mean that I haven't been shortlisted or do I still haven a chance of hearing from them ??? because i would assume that my application status should have changed by now. thanks heaps.

Hello there! As far as I know it is safe as long as it is not visible when you wear the uniform, but then again that depends on the hiring airline on how strict they are with tattoos. :)

OMG Congratulations AYA! You are amazing girl! Emirates is great because of the location, living in dubai is like living in a very big western country. CSA is a cabin service assistant. In short you will be in charge of the first class cabin amenities. However, this is not the same position as cabin crew. I would recommend being a cabin crew.

Hi sis! Skirt on the interview and picture. Yes, wearing contacts or glasses is ok. For you hair, If you would like to keep it short, it should not touch the collar of your blouse. if its long enough to tie you can use a donuts bun to fill up the space. All the best!

Hi lbodulla! You are not disturbing at all! its nice to see some guys hanging around here. Mostly I talk to girls. Because the Airlines usually are in short of girls. But guys are also very valuable for the industry. In your case Emirates. They hire mostly girls but also boys so you have to be ALERT! they will announce it on the job adsI do have a free email service that lets you know which airlines are hiring. check it out at the description of this video. Hi Magdalena S. It will of course depend on the airline which background color you need. No need to include photo on cv because you need to send in a photo in 4R and passport size

Hi Kaykrizz, can I ask how do they check the skin assessment or skin checking especially in the legs, do they just ask you to turn around and look at your skin or they really inspect it by touching it? I have a keloid above my legs and I hope they don't see that if ever.

With skin they do a visual inspection of your hands , elbows and legs front and back. They never touch anyone so far in my experience. All the best!

I cleared two rounds. Open day cv drop and teach test. Then i cleared the english test. I cleared both. Then there was a scar test and teach test again to make sure about height. I am 161 cms and i can reach even 215 cms easily. And i even reached . But when they took the teach test again they rejected me and i still have no idea why i got rejected and why didn’t they check my scars. I didn’t have any scars😭

+Jeevaka Fernando Qatar has a policy of No tattos, none, nothing. But FLy Emirates accept them as long as they are hide while wearing the uniform

Hi Clark! It is still business attire for male applicants. On the job ad they would usually indicate what to wear. the usual is long sleeved polo shirt and slacks but do check for the specific event you are attending. All the best!

im the same height.. dont worry as long as you reach 212 cms which we easily reach its not a problem
