I'm the exact same way and I try to get better about not forcing conversation. I just feel unable to sleep if the air is not clear. Especially if it drags on for longer than needed into the next day. My husband and I have gotten very good at clearing the air before going to bed. Realizing that we both need that peace in our home before we do anything else. I think this year has taught us both that even though we are very strong willed and independent people, we need each other. Nothing is more important than our peace and unity. ❤
