you can also use a crock pot as a dutch oven!! i used that when i was making bread. just a ceramic crock pot just the pot not the oven part of it and a glass lid!! worked just as well as the dutch oveb

The bread recipe I have for Dutch oven bread only has to let the dough rise overnight then in the Dutch oven for 1 hr take lid off and another 30 min so much easier
