Sushis, miss so much eating good sushis. There are some good sushi restaurants here but nothing compare to the west coast or Asia. As soon as this quarantine is over, I jump on a plane and go where I can eat good sushis!!!

Mmmm! I live in a very small town in PA and we are so blessed to a sushi restaurant. When they closed all restaurants in March of 2020 and then allowed businesses to reopen for take-out, they didn’t reopen. Every day, I drove past them, whispering, “Yamato, come back! We love you!” Lol Then in September (on the first to be exact), when some restrictions were lifted, they reopened! Thank goodness! Even when businesses were forced to tighten restrictions again, and they could not do any dine-in, they stayed open this time for take-out! They have specialty rolls like the Yamato Roll (coconut encrusted shrimp, crab, Japanese cream cheese, wrapped in nori, then rice, and topped with mango, coconut and mango sauce), and Crispy Roll (smoked salmon, crab, omelet, Japanese cream cheese, wrapped in rice, wrapped in nori, rolled in panko and deep fried, and topped with spicy eel sauce). It’s one of my favorite places. Even though I just purchased from there last Friday, I think after watching this, I’ll have to place another order this week! Bless you and Mommy Oh!
