Just got back from Seattle and tried Bangrak Market last night. Absolutely amazing. We had boat noodles, whole grilled squid and grilled pork jowl. It was all amazing. Super interesting spot.

Two out of five star spicy. Smart choice. Reminds me of when (13-years ago now!) my Korean friend and I went to a Thai restaurant in San Diego. When the waitress asked what level of spiciness we wanted for our dishes, my friend (proudly) said, "I'm Korean, I can take anything, give me level ten!". I asked for level four for my dish. Ha! Once my friend tasted her dish, she had to get humble and ask for them to take it back to the kitchen to somehow reduce the heat. We always have a good laugh about this moment even today.
