Thank you for your kind words and prayers for the old confederate soldiers and kin. You are gracious and kind, and quite correct.

I have visited this site several times. A very interesting place. Worth the trip and the Missouri Veterans Cemetery is just a mile down the road. Visit both.

I’m glad you mentioned the need for confederate monuments in order to preserve history. I often worry that the lack of Nazi monuments will cause us to forget the holocaust.

Missouri will always be my home.. I may not agree with the confederate men but I understand the loyalty to one's state.

theres a reason why people in blue states are flocking to red states by the thousands, it was more than slavery

I can't help feeling that any newcomers to your channel must wonder why you keep mentioning windows... 😊. That said, another interesting tour - and I would guess probably not a site that a lot of people would visit these days. By the way, while you suffer from the heat spare a thought for those of us over here in England who are still waiting for Summer to arrive - we seem to have gone from early Spring to late Autumn overnight!

We will keep that our little secret! Lol! It’s been crazy hot here. My air conditioner rarely shuts off. I’ll be scared to open the electric bill this month. Crazy weather seems to be everywhere. I was a bit hesitant to visit this one. I’m glad I did because I found it very interesting! 😁
