WR: Best WR room in the country. Don't sleep on Marquis Johnson. Best in the room. 4.3 40 guy & he has Wease, Burden, Cooper, & Miller teaching him. Joshua Manning 4 star top 100 guy will be playing. Its the best WR room I've ever seen. CBs: Clarke & Norwood are better than Pride imo. Ja'Marion Wayne is really good as well. RBs: Nate Noel did better in spring. MIZ has 3 4 star RBs in the room. Jamal Roberts & Tavorus Jones are really good as well. OLine: Tollison should be an all SEC center. Johnson & Membou are dawgs. Marcus Bryant 3 year starter transfer All AAC gave up one sack the whole season. Reichart, Wilson, & Solis are already SEC caliber starters. How do you pick one? Saf: Burks, Charleston, & T.Johnson? Stacked safety room. They'll rotate the DL & Edge guys, just one they did last year. TE: Brett Norfleet is an NFL guy. QB: Cook will be a Heisman guy. Honestly we could have All SEC guys at every position.

Couple guys I’m hyper about for this coming year- Tristan Newson looked incredible towards the end of last season filling in, also Mookie cooper is a stud

MIZ, the receiving corp is elite, will seriously help the run game, but the sleeper could be Norfleet. Very interested to see how he progresses in his 2nd season,

I predicted 5-0 heading into LSU, 10-2, 11pt bowl win over OSU. Nailed them all. This year ceiling 16-0, floor 10-2. 11-1 this year. I also said that Cook was one of the top QBs in the country, & he was. We're gonna be really good this year. Love the podcast. Will you guys do a Wisconsin break down? Thanks.

@@rocboysfootball I'm from STL so diehard MIZ fan. I went to UW. So I'm a huge fan of both. Try to make it to a game for each team every year.

As a Mizzou fan, I don't have much to argue with here. At receiver, I think Mookie Cooper and Marquis Johnson complement Burden and Wease very well. They probably didn't deserve to make this list, but Cooper is just a solid all-around receiver and Johnson is a huge deep threat. Brett Norfleet at TE could also be a major contributor as a sophomore. He flashed his potential as a freshman, and if he can learn how to utilize his 6'7" frame, he could be a redzone nightmare for defenses.

Marquis Johnson is MY GUY as well. Talk about a guy that might start the year off the list but play his way on to it, I think it could be him.
@jmfbizzle6 ай бұрын
No holes is right. We have more than 10 top players, lol. I couldn't even priorize them after Cook & Burden.
@rocboysfootball6 ай бұрын
Totally agree. That is what makes this team so special. Not a single spot in this roster that I thin is a weakness.

@@rocboysfootball They rotate their def guys. They had 20 guys with 16 or more tackles, 15 guys with 25 or more. 9 guys with 2 or more sacks. 16 guys registering a sack. 13 guys with a ff. 29 guys played in 10 or more games(rakestraw wasn't one of them, he was actually not that big of a contributor last season (0 ints, 4 PDs, 35 tackles, 1.5 sacks). Mekhi Miller, Mookie Cooper, & Marquis Johnson would start at WR on 90% of P4 teams, & be WR2 or WR2 on over half of them. Honestly I'm most worried about Kicking. When you have Meevis that can hit 60yd fgs & can has ice in his veins at clutch time, it changes the entire gameplan. He hit two 50+ fgs, & a 61yd fg last year. Dudes a dawg. Hard to replace that.

Hard to pick really. 1. Burden 2. Smith 3. Cook 4. Pride 5. Green 6. Norfleet 7. Speedy 8. Newson 9. K Williams d lineman returning solid underrated 10. Membou. All 10 will be NFL guys.
