Hi, Thanks I sure enjoyed this Final Stitch it was very helpful for me. I don't put border strips on my quilts, I just make larger quilts. The way you explained squaring borders makes total sense to me. Guess what, my next quilt is going to be done with border strips. Thank you so much, please keep all the weekly tutorials going, love them all. James

Natalie, you explain things so well and concisely. Needed this today to square up a small art quilt and have quite of few actual pieced quilts I’ve been avoiding since I was intimidated by the next steps. Your Final Stitch videos are critical and much appreciated. Have a blessed day. More whole cloth examples please.

Hi Natalie and Liz! This tutorial was so helpful. I didn't realize how spoiled I was, as my longarm girl, trims all my quilts. I've been wanting to start the quilting part of my quilts myself, so this info will be very handy,. Wish me luck! Also, a big THANK YOU to MSQC for all you do in helping us all stay safe in these difficult times.

Love this. I have a huge quilt that I just removed from the long arm and the recipient is going to hang it. No borders. All large half-square triangles. (7 1/2 sq) Better be ‘squared’-a.k.a. Absolutely straight.👍

Hi from Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada. I just discovered Natalie’s “The Final Stitch”. Thanks for the tip of using a Square ruler to start at the corners - never thought of that. DUH! I’m a avid presser throughout the entire process of creating a quilt top and I always press my quilt before I start the trimming stage. I look forward to watching more of your presentations and learning more Tips & Tricks.

Excellent series! Natalie, you do a great job with your explanations. Very easy to understand. I also like the background moderator, too. It makes the series more of a conversation with questions and comments that a person standing there watching you do this would have, if they were there. I also like how the person's query is printed out before you start your demonstration.

This is so much easier than laying it out on the floor and feeling I have to cut 1 long line. Aligning to the border inside seam gives me the confidence that it'll be straight from corner to corner. I've come close to grabbing hubbys chalk snap line! 😂😂
